1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
2 teaspoons grated onion1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
Paprika, for garnish (Optional)
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add chicken, mayonnaise, relish, onion, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until well blended. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
