Secret Ingredient: Buttermilk |
1 cup buttermilk
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, blend sugar with buttermilk. Stir in mashed bananas and pecans. Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour into a shallow baking pan and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Scoop into bowls or cut into squares to serve.
